The 2nd Silk Road International Film Festival Official Premiere of 21 Days (Competition) by Tamara Dondurey will take place on September 23rd at 5.45pm at the Very Nanhua Theater (located in the heart of the historic Three Lanes and Seven Alleys district).
The SRIFF Official Premiere of Arventur (Competition) by Irina Evteeva will take place on September 24th at 5.30pm at the Very Nanhua Theater (located in the heart of the historic Three Lanes and Seven Alleys district).
Together by Denis Shabaev (Out of Competition) will take place on September 23rd at 3pm at the Very Wanxing Theater in the city of Fuzhou, China.
Test by Alexander Kott is included Russian showcase being organised by the upcoming Eurasian Academy at the Silk Road International Film Festival to be held between 22-26 September in the ancient capital of Xi’an in China.
The Silk Road International Film Festival was launched last year by the State Administration of Press and Publication, Radio and Television to be part of China’s strategic concept of the “Silk Road Economic Belt” and “The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road” proposed by President Xi Jianping. The festival aims to act as a new platform for international cultural exchange and cooperation among the countries along the ancient Silk Road and it is to be alternately hosted by the cities of Xi’an and Fuzhou – the starting points of the ancient silk road and maritime silk route respectively – every other year.
